Since I very much enjoyed creating the animal paintings for the A to Z Challenge, I decided to design an oversize card with some of creatures to use as a handout in my studio and for art shows. Here is the first one I planned and ordered Monday from Vista Print.
My husband bought a Groupon promotion offer from Vista for me that I needed to use by this week in order to get the full value. The card on the left is one of two projects I created. I'm looking forward to receiving the actual products to see how they turned out.

This was so much fun that I designed another card (on the right) that I might order later. What do you think? Which card design do you prefer? Did any of you have favorites from the 26 creatures?
The Painting a Day exercise brought out some colorful results. Now back to the studio...

Those look great, Mary! Can't wait to do that feature on you at the A to Z Blog. (You did receive the interview questions I hope?)
They both look great! I don't think I can choose a favorite. Maybe the one with the giraffe just by a hair....
Love the pictures. While I do like giraffes, I love horses, so my pick is easy. What a good idea to use the pictures as promo items.
I like the water colors used to make these cards. Very nice.

They both look wonderful! I'm leaning toward the horse/leopard/iguana one, but that's because I love cats (big and small).
I like the giraffe!!
Thanks, Alex!I got the questions.
Thanks, Amy! That's the one with Vista Print.
Thank you, Maryann. I think the horse one seems more exciting!
Ninjagaiden, thanks for your visit and compliment.
Cherie, I sort of like that one because it's action-oriented.
Jaklien, the giraffe has personality. Thanks for visiting!
Use all of 'em and make a set. :) I loved them all, Monti!

Marian, that sounds like a plan. Thanks for visiting!
Monti, those are too cool looking. I'll bet they will be great when you get them. You chose the lion! That was one of my favorites...mainly for the intense eyes.
I liked the second set the best, the colors really stood out.
Chuck, the eyes are really intense--almost scary.
Cairn, you are right. The colors really stand out much more in the second collage of paintings. The first has a more restful feel, the second is agitated! Thanks for your visit.
Mary those are beautiful! Will you be selling cards with your animals on them?
Hi Monti .. those are brilliant and I love that idea - such a good one.
These are the kind of cards I'm happy to have around and can drop notes to friends using one of them ..
Very clever .. cheers Hilary
