What is the Knowing Heart? It is the heart of the mature person who has learned much through life's mistakes as well as successes. It is the heart that is beyond the dramatic and the chaotic. But it is a heart that still aches and suffers from fragility.

I'd have to say I do, more from living through other people's experiences than from my own. I guess that's one of the unspoken benefits of being a psychiatric nurse.
