Divine
Within one moment, I see a thought
I ponder a memory
Of a lost time when I spun free
In an ultramarine universe.
The memory is lost to me now.
I reach out to snatch it away
But it lies hidden in the red sparkles of light
That once were part of me.
I wander in the netting of my dream.
I search long for lost reality.
Can I find pieces in the paint?
Can I reach divine joy in the night?
Visions change, shadows lurk.
Dreams rise, memories fail.
The Divine spark lingers
So near, yet too far for now.

Such unique patterns. Cool!
I love that deep blue and the feeling of bliss when I see it in your work. Your poem seems to capture this-great work! I can think of chocolate as divine...but that's just me:)
Alex, I love patterns.
Birgit, thank you for loving the blue as do I. Chocolate is good.
